Iced Coconut Bliss Coffee

Spring is in the air (well it is for Mainers, at a balmy 58˚ we break out the iced coffee) enjoy an Iced Coconut Bliss Coffee.

With the tropical allure of coconut, the Iced Coconut Bliss Coffee is a perfect summer companion. This delicious and refreshing iced coffee combines Coffee Hound Coffee Company’s bold and aromatic dark roast coffee with creamy coconut milk and a hint of sweetness to transport you to a sun-kissed beach with every sip – by Corrie Johnson

Ingredients:

8 oz Coffee Hound Coffee Company’s Signature Blend (cooled)

2 oz coconut milk

1 oz simple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)

Ice

Toasted coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Brew a strong cup of Coffee Hound dark or Italian roast a blend of Sumatra and Colombia and let it cool.

In a tall glass, combine the cooled coffee, coconut milk, and simple syrup or agave nectar. Stir well to mix.

Fill the glass with ice and stir once more to ensure the ingredients are well-combined.

Top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes, if desired.
