Our Sumatra beans come from the North Sumatra province of Indonesia, one of the largest coffee-producing regions on the island. These beans grow at an altitude of 3,000 feet. However, what makes them special is that they are processed by the wet-hull method. This method enhances their unique flavor characteristics. The Colombia Excelso beans in our blend come from small family-owned farms in the Colombia coffee triangle. These beans grow at 4,000 feet and processed by micro-wet mills and dried in solar dryers, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
